NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Mathews Leon, 31, of New Haven Drive in Nashua on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Amherst Street in Nashua by breaking down a door and stealing a woman's cellphone on Jan. 28. Jared Levesque, 23, of Summer Street in Nashua on 8 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images charges on July 15, 2021, in Nashua. David Marrero, 30, of Putnam Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on July 9, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, was previously been convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in August 2017. Paige Meara, 26, of Purity Springs Road in Burlington, Massachusetts, on theft by unauthorized taking and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, clonazepam and fentanyl, charges, all felonies. She was accused of stealing electrical wire from Home Depot in Nashua and possessing the drugs on Feb. 2. Ronald Medeiros, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, suboxone, buprenorphine and naloxone mix, and clonazepam, charges on Dec. 25, 2021, in Nashua. Rachael Mount, 44, of no fixed address in Manchester, on felony forgery and felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-suboxone charges. She was accused of defrauding The County Store on Jan. 30 in Milford with a fraudulent check and being in possession of the drug when arrested. Karla Nadeau, 40, of Auburn Street in Nashua on a felony sale of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 1, 2021, in Nashua. Jacob Patenaude, 26, of Bobby's Lane in Milford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, charge on Aug. 28, 2021, in Nashua. Howard Prak, 37, of Rhode Island Avenue in Nashua on kidnapping, second-degree assault, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving away while a woman was attempting to enter a car, causing her to fall to the ground, keeping the woman in his vehicle against her will, and strangling her on Jan. 29 in Nashua.
