The 2022 Pitch Competition is for small food and beauty businesses to pitch their products. All for the chance to win prize money. You are invited to participate in the 2022 Business Pitch Challenge! The Urban League of Philadelphia, Capital One, The Business Center, and the Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council will be hosting a business pitch competition spotlighting food-based and beauty entrepreneurs. Fourteen contestants will pitch their food-based or beauty business to a panel of judges in an open forum. The judges will include representatives from large organizations. The winners will walk away with prize money to grow their business. The food based business categories include restaurants, caterers, bakeries, food trucks, and novelty shops that sell specialized food products.The beauty business categories include skincare and haircare To qualify for the challenge you must meet the following criteria:Be the owner or co-owner of a small businessBusinesses can participate no matter their years in business. However, must meet the revenue requirements Earn annual revenue of less than $350,000Must be established and have a business checking account **Businesses from Philadelphia and surrounding areas can participate**
