LAGUNA BEACH, CA — At least 2,450 SoCal Edison customers in Laguna Beach found themselves without power late Friday morning, after the provider announced a power outage at 10:14 a.m. As of 11:19 a.m., SoCal Edison reported that a repair crew is currently en-route to assess the situation.
