We've got a whole day of family fun! ICC's First Annual FREEDOM FEST! Come celebrate the 4th a week early this year at FREEDOM Fest!, the largest event ever created and hosted by Frederick's International Community Church! With FREE ENTRY for all, Freedom Fest aim's to provide the community a day to celebrate our freedom within an environment chock full of enlightenment, fellowship and positive entertainment, where anyone can come, have fun and create new friends and memories! Highlights of ICC's new, fabulous Freedom Fest event include: FREE entry to the festival for everyone!Day time activities start at 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 26th on the grounds of ICC, Frederick, MD.Spend the day at a car show, enjoying live music and pacing yourself while chowing down on cultural cuisine from far and wide as fleet of food trucks cook up some serious eats!Inflatables are all the rage these days, so the younger set can have a blast playing in our Kid Zone! The fun includes: T-Ball Extreme, Crazy Blitz Obstacle Course, bounce houses galore, and a dunking booth. No festival is complete without carnival games and cotton candy! As day turns to evening, get ready for Israel Houghton's Grammy Award-winning supergroup ISRAEL + NEW BREED to take the stage as they headline our live concert event! Their unique mix of gospel, Afrobeat, R&B, jazz, pop, and funk sounds propelled Israel + New Breed to world wide recognition! As they cross boundaries of culture and denomination, they've become the only act to appear on both Pop and Gospel charts simultaneously. With June 26th being the band's only scheduled concert date anywhere near this region in 2022 - this is one hot ticket! This ticketed, indoors event starts at 6:00 PM (doors to open at 5:00 PM).Finally, cap off the day by cozying up to enjoy a free fireworks display under the stars!
