Permit help needed

Seeking help to obtain permits to finish a project. need a consult or assistance with getting permits and inspections. Contractor left and didn't pull appropriate permits. Need to get building, electrical and Occupancy permit. Work is almost done and don't know how to get this accomplished, Any assistance with completing this would be appreciated.
