DIY remodel =C+ Need a bid to make it an A++

Description

Recently widowed, my 100 year old rental house was trashed by hoarders. I did all the remodel work myself- for the first time EVER, and I give myself an A + for time and effort but a C+ for results. Here's my 6 issues. 1. Couldn't hook up sink stopper properly to new vanity, so not working correctly- have to lift drain by hand. Also drains really s-l-o-w. 2. shower also drains very s-l-o-w. 3. The toilet wobbles. It isn't leaking and it works, but when I lifted it to tile the floor, the flange came up with the toilet. I tried to secure flange to the subfloor but think it wasn't 100% flat, so now it wobbles. Maybe just tightening the bolts would fix it? 4. New dishwasher in new island opposite of kitchen sink- drains into the double kitchen sink on the disposal side. Renter said it isn't draining properly, and overflowed causing water to leak under the sink. Not leaking under or around dishwasher. 5. Kitchen sink faucet barely gets hot water. Not sure if it needs to be opened more or a new faucet entirely. It's less than a year old! And last but not least, 6. The outside spigot was leaking.
