Job Responsibilities • Performs general maintenance throughout the property • Participates in the company preventative maintenance program for guest rooms, equipment, public space, grounds, and landscaping. • Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the work areas. • Tour’s hotel and guest rooms daily identifying items requiring engineering, housekeeping, or other departmental actions. • Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follow-up is necessary too. • Must be attentive, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and all other team members. • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly which requires weekends. • Complete a closedown routine (i.e. check banquet doors, lights, patio doors and cut off pre-function lights at end of shift.) after each shift as necessary. • Banquet Event setup and breakdown. • Snow removal with a plow and/or shovel. • Perform any other job duties as assigned.
