PHOENIX, AZ — A crash has closed Interstate 17 northbound near Deer Valley Road, the Arizona Department of Transportation said. Loop 101 eastbound and westbound on ramps to I-17 are also closed. Three semi trucks were involved in a deadly crash Friday morning and one went up in flames, KTVK reports. Drivers are advised to expect delays and seek another route, officials said.
