Greeting and engaging with our Guests adds to our goal of providing guests with the highest level of satisfaction during each visit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Welcome Guests to The Black Diamond GrillSeat Guests, provide Guests with menus, provide name of Server and alert ServerMaintain a waitlist of guests during peak hours. Answer all telephone calls and take To Go orders and deliver the orders to the Bar.Wipe returned menus to maintain sanitation, clean front vestibule; sweep area, dust ledges and table, clean door glass, empty trash, restock order tickets, pens, and toothpicks. As time allows, assist Servers with table resets.
