Here are the top three stories today in Atlanta: The Atlanta Police Department partnered with Georgia State Patrol troopers in cracking down on street racing. The department assisted the troopers on a Saturday evening call that occurred near the intersection of Northside and Martin Luther King Jr. involving 10 all-terrain vehicles. The vehicles attempted to flee from the officers but the department's helicopter provided overhead visuals to ensure the vehicles were apprehended. (The Atlanta Journal Constitution) An Atlanta SWAT officer has been reunited with the 4-month-old baby he saved using CPR. Officer SPO Oden was approached while patrolling by a woman whose baby was not breathing. Oden performed life-saving CPR during the critical time before Grady EMS arrived. The baby is being monitored at a local hospital by doctors. (FOX 5 Atlanta)Volunteers with Papa John's International spent Thursday assisting the Warren Boys and Girls Club to clean up the community. The volunteers joined together to prepare a garden bed for planting while educating the community about agriculture. The work was part of the corporate pizza chain's "Day of Service."
