1 year old German shepherd for rehoming

1 year old male German shepherd. He has all his shots as well as chip. He lives with female and male dogs. He is bestfriends with a 7 year old girl. He knows basic commands. He is kennel trained. Potty trained. Reason for rehoming He is needing more time and attention. My step father had a stroke and just cant give him the training he needs. The bad about him. He is does resource guarding with other dogs only. He isnt vicious though. He will sometimes growl. It is mostly just pushing his way threw and taking everything to his kennel. No dog fights or anything like that. He is good with humans though. If let go it could definitely get worse with animals though. He is some what skittish. He will need socializing. He isnt aggressive he is just scared and will run away. There is a rehoming fee and a neuter contract and return. Please call for information.
