Seeking people with experience and tools in all trades, I am building a construction company that can do a wide variety of things. For the Lakeland, Orlando, Tampa areas With Experience pay starts at $20 an hour and I also offer a $1 an hour raise every month. So in one year you will be at $32 an hour and in two years $44 an hour. Without experience your pay starts at $15 an hour however the same $1 raise every month also applies. I also offer a cash bonus for each project completed usually between $50 and $250.
