Alan Ritchey, Inc is needing to add a parts person/office clerk to our staff. Your main tasks would be ordering parts for the technicians and the clerical side that goes along with it such as entering PO's, invoices, parts stocking, etc... You won't be chained to the desk here either as we are constantly on the move.Full time position. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pmRequirements5 years Truck\Trailer parts experience preferredTMT software knowledge preferredEnsuring parts are on hand to minimize equipment downtimeFollowing up on backordersSpecial-order tracking and follow upIssuing parts against appropriate work orders for inventory control and entering into repair order systemReviewing warranty tags and organizing returned parts accordinglyReceiving and storing away stock orders once they arriveRecognizing overages, shortages and pricing discrepanciesAssisting with monthly cycle countsComplying with all OSHA regulations and safety requirementsParts Clerk Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentGeneral understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferredAbility to read, write and speak EnglishBasic computer skillsValid Class C driver's licenseCompensation: Pay Based on ExperienceFull-Time Employment BenefitsĀ MedicalDentalĀ VisionLife InsuranceĀ 401Kpaid holidayspaid personal dayspaid vacationClick to apply:
