Handyman, Renovation Help

Seeking experienced general tradesman/handyman to complete some renovation projects around my home. Infant, elder and full-time job take up most of my time, so I need some help. Some potential projects include: drywall plaster skim coating and sanding, cutting and installing baseboard/trim moldings, perhaps some small landscaping projects, interior ceiling and wall painting. Should be able to measure accurately and operate miter saw to make clean 45 degree cuts. Please reply with a brief overview of your experience and skills, as well as your expected hourly rate (or the rate you use to estimate by project). Thank you. Can pay by defined project or by hour. Would like someone with some weekday availability but weekends are okay. Need to have enough general construction/reno experience that I do not need to constantly supervise work. I provide all tools and materials.
