BABY KITTENS!! Need a RESCUE GROUP

I have 3 kittens in my backyard. About 5 weeks old I’m guessing. I want to give them to a rescxue group so they can all find good homes and stop the reproduction cycle w all the ferals here. My neighbor lady upstairs is a crazy cat lady and feeds them all the time which is fine. But I feel like shell get upset if she finds the kittens aren’t there anymore. Also the kittens are doing good and look healthy Edit: they’re very friendly and I know they can be easily rehomed. Located in palisades park
