Need to rehome dog asap

I’m getting kicked out of my place and I need to regime my dog. She is about a year old and is a very outdoors fun loving dog. I hate to see her go but I can’t put her in an apartment. She needs room to run. Very small rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a good home.
