About Lessons: Everything starts with the way we think and our perception. So, I specifically devote time teaching techniques and tools that help strengthen the mind and improve self-esteem. Singing can be a vulnerable space and when a singer can stand in their power and believe in themselves…this is where the true magic happens. For the first month I teach exercises to help develop your voice. As I observe your singing I develop a lesson plan that fits your particular voice and give you specific things to work on when we are not in lessons. The first month we work together weekly and then once we come up with your coursework we then meet bi-weekly and you do the coursework and exercises outside of class and when we meet for class we work on particular songs and I guide you through developing your voice for those songs while also continuing to supply exercises for you to maintain while we are not in class. About me: I am a professional singer and I've done everything from release an album to go on tour. I’ve been teaching for 7 years and singing for 20+. I love teaching people to do what I am most passionate about ~ which is singing. It is very rewarding to witness my students improve as singers/musicians and that is why I continue to teach. I welcome beginners and pros. We can have a phone consult to address your specific needs and make your lesson plan according to those needs. I work with all ages! Rate: $45 per lesson (hr)/ $180 for the first month After the first month lessons shift to $150 per month
