Level floor, install vinyl plank floors

Description

I have about a 1600 square foot single story house on a slab. A couple of areas will require fill and concrete pour. Then we need a fair amount of levelling to get the floors close. Then, I need floor install of vinyl plank flooring. Optionally, I need base shoe and crown, if you do that. I need someone with experience and who can come in and bang out the job. It is an old house, but I want the elevation changes in the floor to be as hqard to tell as possible. I am living here so I want to have it as nice as reasonably possible.
