I'm seeking a designated Manager/ Concierge for my new rental to be a point of contact for guests via phone or text, be a point of contact in case of any complaints (unlikely), walk through property before and/or after cleanings. document issues with pictures, coordinate with cleaning people, take inventory of supplies, keep supplies organized and in stock, communicate with me recommendations, manage vendors and handymen when needed, check operation of items when on site (jacuzzi temp, ac and heat, door lock, refrigerator, etc.), change batteries in digital door, charge ring camera as needed by switching out batteries. Approximately 1 hour per guest. I'm a very hands on owner, so I need minimal assistance, but do need a local.
