Dealerships mandatory Add-ons

Hi, I was shopping around for a car and ran into a situation with all the car dealerships I visited (Toyota and Honda). They are pushing their add-ons (inflated prices for tinted windows, warranties, etc.) claiming that it is not optional due to inventory shortages. I need a new car and but I don't want to pay for their inflated pricing for add ons. I feel that it is not legal and was wondering if anyone else had the same issue. Would appreciate any input. Thanks
