This posting is for an OLCC Licensed Farm Manager position. Must be 21+ and have OLCC MJ Handlers Card. Tier 2 farm is located near Grants Pass. The owners have taken on other responsibilities and need to limit our workload at the farm. We are looking for a candidate to run our operations. Responsibilities include-- Daily watering-- automated system you will have access to Nutrient mixing and administration Plant trimming and pruning Trellis control--layers of netting are already ran but will need to be adjusted throughout the season Harvest Prep-- prepping our rooms--shelves, hangers, fans and trays Harvest Lead (Elevated Pay)-- running a crew of 4-8 people. These will be long days will ample OT available. The job will be year round for the right person and we are looking for somebody we can depend on for the next few seasons. There will be hands on training with the owners to ensure this will be a smooth position. We are a small team and this is a great opportunity for the right person. Must be dependable and reliable. There is flexibility with which 5 days of the week you will want to work. Each work day starts at 7am and can usually wrap up around 1pm or 2pm. Pay is $20/hour. This position is for an employee not an independent contractor. A resume must be included to be considered for this position.
