Maintenance Technician for short term rentals

Start Immediately, Pays Weekly Position Background: This is a full time role. We are looking to hire a reliable & intelligent maintenance person for a mix of punch-out lists, scheduled home maintenance, and also occasional on-call emergency maintenance. Our short term rentals operate similarly to hotel rooms, most maintenance tasks are simple fixes, but need to be completed in a timely manner. We offer a laid back work environment, and encourage creative problem solving. The right person in this role would have the opportunity to grow with the company. Skills: Basic plumbing, electric, HVAC, carpentry, painting, personal organization, ability to work independently, and ability to solve problems as they arise. Requirements: Reliable vehicle, Truck preferred. Smart phone. Your own tools. Flexibility with hours, maintenance issues and punch lists generally need to be completed between 9am-4pm, but sometimes maintenance issues can arise 4-10pm after a guest has checked in. Basic computer skills for tracking hours, and opening and closing work orders. Compensation: Starting pay $18.00-$23.00/hr Based on Experience. Over time opportunities. Paid Weekly with 1099 tax status.
