Family owned Construction company looking for a skilled tradesman to train to become a superintendent.
WANTED a skilled tradesman with knowledge in new home construction work with and oversee all aspects of Production Home Building.
Must have knowledge is aspects such as framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, HVAC and roofing.
Looking for an assistant superintendent to help manage production home jobsite, including scheduling trades, obtaining city inspections, maintaining quality control and ensuring jobsite safety.
Good communication skills and HIGH attention to details a must.
Must be dependable and willing to learn.
Wage is dependent on experience.
