I am looking for a lawn mowing done at every 15 days at the lot located at 8203 Melinda Kay Court, Mechanicsville, VA 23111. Google Map shows a house at this location. The house no longer exists at this location. This is a empty lot. No structure exists on this lot ( except a storage shed). Mowing area is around 0.20 acre. Lot may look bigger, but the mowing area is less than 0.20 acre. No edging, trimming is needed. No fertilization, aeration or seeding. Just cut the grass. You will cut the grass and then text me before and after picture and get paid by Venmo or Zelle. MUST be done every 15 days to 18 days up to November 1st.
