Minimum 2 years experience in supervision of a large commercial or municipal park or landscape maintenance project(s) and crew. SOME TRADE PREVAILING WAGES ABAILABLE WITH THIS POSITION BETWEEN $40-$60 PER HOUR. Preferred Qualified Applicator Certifications. Position requires clean DMV (2 points or less), physical/drug screen and background check. Wage: $29-$31.50 Hour DOE/Q Workdays: M-F 6/7AM-3/4PM, some overtime available Benefits: PAID VACATIONS BONUS PLAN PAID HOLIDAYS COMPANY TRUCK FOR COMMUTE MEDICAL/DENTAL-HMO/PPO plans after 60 days RETIREMENT PLANS: 401k with 2% match and ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership) Shares Brief Job Description: Supervise landscape and park maintenance crews; primary contact with client; organize and implement schedules; have practical experience with all equipment and tasks relative to landscape maintenance; experience programming and troubleshooting irrigation systems; ability to use Word and Excel software; ability to read, speak and write English; ability to speak Spanish (preferred, not required) and other duties as may be assigned.
