Need competent electrician

Description

I need a 30amp breaker and 20amp breaker installed in my panel. I have a generac whole home generator and when I cut the power off to install the new breakers, the generator kicks on and powers the lines again making it unsafe to continue to work. Correct? I have the breakers already I just need someone who knows how to get passed this generac safely and properly to install these breakers. Thank you.
