Aloha, My name is James, I will be relocating back home to Hawaii to set up a division of my property management company based in Ohio to Honolulu. We currently offer landscaping and maintenance services to bank owned home in Ohio and looking to offer the same services locally in Hawaii. We are also looking to set up a Non for profit organization to help low income individuals start their own business. I am currently looking for someone on a part time basis to act as the territory manager. This individual will initially be responsible for performing grass cuts and small maintenance orders so they must have prior landscaping experience as well as have some property maintenance experience..As time progresses they will be responsible for overseeing crews in the field. We will also be a life line distributor where we will be passing out free government phones with unlimited talk text and internet more details will be provided when they are available Ideal candidate will at the minimum have a valid drivers license and vehicle and be willing to travel to other islands (hotel and accommodations will be arranged in advance). 3 months experience in landscape equipment operation ( mower, weed eatter, blower ) 3 months experience in property maintenance (basic carpentry, basic electrical, basic plumbing, lock changes etc *** Big Plus if you have your own landscape equipment does not have to be commercial grade **** please communicate via text only key words daily pay, weekly pay, handyman, grass cuts, landscape, personal assistant, non profit, vocational rehab
