MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB A FLIGHT OF STAIRS FOR 2 HOURS. Bring your own WATER & gloves. The rate is $30/hr while going up and down the stairs. If just mulching or other simple yard work, the rate is $24/hr. NOTE: You’ll be sent away if unable to maintain a reasonable pace.
