Phoenix Property Developers, LLC. is an Annapolis, Maryland-based real estate development firm that buys and develops residential real estate. We are always looking not only to invest in property, but always in people!
We are seeking experienced, licensed and insured contractors for a single-family rental portfolio that would be able to manage the disposition of a rental portfolio for properties in Anne Arundel County, Charles County and Prince George’s County. A majority of our units were renovated within the last 5 years and will require various scopes of work in order to renovate and sell.
We are looking for contractors that we can assign entire projects to at one time.
Required skills are performing minor Plumbing repairs, performing minor Electrical repairs, Tile work, Paint, Drywall, and light Carpentry. Experience with installing HVAC units, Experience with pulling permits preferable.
Must own their own tools, must be insured, must be personable. Must be able to work with minimal oversight and produce high-quality work. Must be tech-savvy and must be able to communicate via email, text and video calls.
