About 2/3 of all oil production got shut down during the Trump debacle and many went bankrupt due to Trump's complete incompetence in handling what he called a "minor flu" that he "had under control". Oil production has been rapidly ramping back up under Biden but decades of conservatives blocking green energy projects that would make the US energy independent are coming back to haunt us all.
