Fulltime Grounds / Laborer Needed Mickley Run apartments in Whitehall is currently looking to hire a grounds keeper / laborer to join our team. Our community- oriented, family run apartment complex offers competitive pay, with company paid disability insurance and 75% of employee's medical insurance cost along with paid PTO and vacation time along with paid holidays. Employee's elective benefits including family medical, dental, vision and life insurance is offered. Requirements of the job are the up keep of property grounds, excluding lawn care. Must be willing to assist maintenance staff with moving of material and supplies along with some painting duties. Snow removal is required in the winter month. Scheduled work hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license as well as pass a criminal back ground check and drug screening.
