A mindful run around meeting new people and improving your mental and physical health.
What happens when you combine running with mindfulness, self-reflection, and meeting new people? You get something I am calling Reflection Runs.
Mindful running can run with a clear intention, fully connected in body and mind, free from distraction, and with an equal balance of focus and relaxation. So we will work with both the body and the mind.
Anyone can be a runner. Reflective Runs are for all levels. The focus is not on speed. It is about building human connection and reflection through running. All are welcome!

Run/Walk Length: 5k
How It Works:
Each runner pairs up with someone else to respond to a question while walking the first .25 miles.
Next: Once we hit the .25 mile mark, everyone runs at their own pace until we complete the mile. During that time, you can continue to think about the question deeper.
Ex: Mile 1
Walk .25 miles
Run .75 miles
Mile 2
Walk .25 miles (New question, new partner)
Run .75 miles
Mile 3
Walk .25 miles (new question, new partner)
