Hi, I am remodeling and restoring an old restaurant space in Chicago in the 60610 area code. I need a handyman/contractor to help with some of the items including patching walls, mudding, sanding, painting, scraping, cleaning, tile removal, install new tile, fixing doors, lighting, etc. Basically all the items that go into a small rehab project. I would like to pay by the hour, for a whole days work at a time, and this can be an on-going project because its a large space. So please reply and let me know your availability. I could even have you start on some items today if available. I have some tools, but if you have your own that would help. Be prepared to send photos of your work example and experience. Thanks!
