Looking for someone with experience with birds. I will be heading out to college so wont be able to take care of the bird anymore. The bird's name is skipper and the sex is unknown. He/She is attached to me and only allows me to pick them up so they will bite other people. Hoping to find someone who is willing to take the time and train Skipper and be able to care their needs. Skipper can be noisy and does say a couple phrases such as "Peek a Boo".
