The Great Public Art Frolic: a community evening of music, food, dancing, and silent auction, to benefit the Brookline Fund for Public Art. Featuring the Afro-Caribbean music of Kalifa and Koliba and the salsa sounds of La Pura Vida. Dancing is encouraged! There will be a silent auction featuring local experiences, such as US Open tickets, Red Sox tickets, Art, a Wellfleet beach house weekend and much more at the pre-performance reception. This event will raise funds to establish amazing public art in Brookline to serve to make a vital contribution to creating a welcoming, culturally diverse, economically prosperous community. Price of admission includes a welcome beverage and light refreshments.
