Rooms booked after May 21st at 5:00 PM will be subject to regular room rates and availability. The block of rooms under “BEAM/BGA National Conference” can be reserved from June 20th – June 25th, depending on availability, should you like to arrive early or stay longer. Link to room block: https://book.passkey.com/event/50289216/owner/65927/home?utm_campaign=288790168 Upon arrivalRegistration packages will be available between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM at the BEAM/BGA registration table Wednesday, June 22nd.  If you can't make the pickup time, we'll be available outside the Cheyenne Courtyard before 6:00 PM.  If you are not coming in until Thursday am, see either Lee Ann, Meg, Janice or Amy at breakfast.  Name badges are REQUIRED for every function.   Airfare and transportation are at your own expenseAirport Transfers are available for $23/pp one way or $46/pp round trip from the Colorado Springs Airport.  Arrivals scheduled by prior Reservation.  Departures scheduled on the hour, every hour, starting at 5:00 am.  For any conference events, transportation will be provided. AttireRecreation Wear ~ Bermuda length shorts, pool wear with cover-up, proper athletic wear and athletic shoes, soft spike golf and/or tennis shoes permitted.  Casual Dress ~ Bermuda length shorts, denim and collared shirts are suggested. Please no athletic wear, pool attire or gentlemen's hats. Resort Casual ~ Dressy denim, slacks, collared shirts required.  Seasonal sport coat or blazer suggested.  Please no athletic wear, sport wear, shorts, pool attire or gentlemen's hats. Hotel Logistics Guaranteed Reservations:  All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  Hotel will not hold reservations unless secured by one of the above methods. Check-in and Check-out:  Check-in time is 4:00 PM on arrival day and until 12:00 PM on departure day.  Early Departure Fee:  An early Departure Fee may be charged if an attendee checks out of the Hotel prior to the attendee's scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel by 12:00 midnight the day after check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
