Parts and Production Coordinator 1st Class Auto Body is a growing collision repair company with five locations. Our success reflects our excellent customer service and attention to detail with all repairs from minor dents to major collision damage. Salary: DOE Job Type: Full Time Job Description: 1st Class Auto Body is seeking an organized, detail oriented, outgoing employee to coordinate parts and repair production. The ideal candidate is smart and confident with a great work ethic and a proactive approach to problem solving and who excels at multi-tasking in a high volume, fast-paced, constantly changing work environment. This position requires the ability to self-motivate and function as part of a team that includes management, accounting, purchasing staff, and technicians, providing support for each department as required. A good sense of humor and strong communication skills will be required in this non-traditional work environment. Our work environment is professional, friendly, and fun. Primary responsibilities include: • Answer email inquiries • Match invoices to parts received • Mirror match parts • Set up parts for technicians for repairs • Return parts for credit and obtain credits • Move cars around lot for repairs and detail • Shuttle cars to sublets Qualifications: • Experience is a plus, but you can train on the job • Proficiency with computers and Office applications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, detail oriented, team player with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task • Excellent communication skills in dealings with customers, vendors, management, and co-workers Benefits: • Medical and Dental Insurance • Paid Holidays, Sick, and Vacation • Supplemental Insurance Schedule: • Monday through Friday • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Work Location: • Bellingham Benefit Conditions: • Waiting period applies Work Remotely: • No If interested, please send cover letter and resume
