Charcuterie class pairing bourbon and bacon infused cheeses. Karen Kirkland, Owner of Champagne & Charcuterie will be offering a charcuterie class that will be featuring bourbon and bacon cheeses. During the 1 1/2 hour class, we will walk through the process of assembling a charcuterie board. You will receive a charcuterie board and the contents that you have created.
