Looking to try something new! Fluid Acrylic Pouring is a great paint night alternative. Experiment with colors and have fun! Tired of being stuck at home and looking for something fun to try? Want to spice up your date night or girls' night out?This is a group event for all levels of experience.Description: Painting is more than just a hobby. Studies have shown that painting relieves stress, expands creative growth, improves memory, and even enhances problem-solving and motor skills. How can one activity provide all of these benefits? Artistic endeavors provide an emotional release to the stress we all encounter each day. It also gives more analytical thinkers an opportunity to exercise their creative side and sharpens the mind through concept visualization. Finally, painting is just fun, and experimenting, trying, and figuring things out is a great way to grow personally. This evening of fun-filled painting will introduce you to two main Fluid Acrylic Painting techniques on 8 x 10 canvas and a bonus technique as a thank you for joining us. Each month we cover new techniques, see the schedule below to see what techniques we'll be teaching. You will leave with a box to house your beautiful pieces of art so that you keep your car clean. Things to keep in mind: Fluid Acrylic Pouring is messy, please wear clothes you don't mind if you get paint on them. We do provide aprons but it is always best to dress for the activity. What to bring: All art supplies are provided by the studio. A great attitude and the desire to have fun! We are a BYOB studio, which means you can bring whatever beverage you'd like as you paint with us. We have a coffee bar, tea, and water as well. Notice the layers of colors, the cells, and the composition. This was all done by pouring paint and mixing with water and paint medium. No paintbrushes were used.
