Location: Houston Heights We need a crew with 5+ years experience building decks and pergolas to build a deck and pergola for our house. 12x18’ $3000 labor only - Design and build Bill of Materials - Remove existing deck (there is a small portion left over) - Get the material from the supplier (we pay for material, but the crew is responsible for getting it to the job site) - construct new deck in accordance with owners / designers specifications - Stain deck and paint
