DSH black cat with tiny white patch on his chest, more white fur in the lower belly region, shorter fur around his hears on top of head, neck partially shaved but now regrowing due to being to the vet 5 weeks ago. 2 year old cat, both microchipped and neutered. Local sanctuary did not register microchip so for initial 14 days microchip would have not returned a result/owner, now been rectified with database.
