Landscape maintenance crew members maintain the grounds of residential and commercial properties using hand tools, power tools and equipment. You will perform a variety of tasks, which may include any or all of the following: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, raking, laying sod and rock, cleaning bulk debris from yards, pruning, irrigation repairs, aerating and dethatching turf. Responsibilities ● Mowing, trimming, edging, hedge trimming, mulching, and yard clean ups as assigned ● Work safely and maintain professional appearance and demeanor ● Arrive for work on time, ready for the scheduled work day ● Properly use and maintain all company equipment, mower blade sharpening, trimmer line replacement, ect. ● Maintain company vehicles inside and out - keeping tools in order and secure, daily clean up, and always security conscious with trucks and contents ● Daily phone or email communication with owner and/or business manager to review work completed and updates on the job Requirements ● Must have at least 2 years experience in the lawn care industry ● Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation to work ● US Citizen or hold a valid work visa ● Have highschool diploma or GED ● Maintain flexibility in dealing with adverse weather and other conditions ● Demonstrate ability to communicate well with team members and customers ● Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time and ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. or more ● Maintain and wear any company-provided work clothing and safety gear while working ● Experience using various tools and equipment including mowers, weed wackers, blowers, ect ● Must drive safely, responsibly and courteously We value what each and every member of our team brings to the table!
