Nolt's Auto Parts has several customer service openings. We are in need of fulltime counter salespeople in both our Lancaster and Denver Locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting customers both in store and over the phone; pulling customer orders/store transfers in a timely and efficient manner; dispatching delivery drivers; ensuring stock orders are checked in and put away in a timely manner. Our hours of operation are 7:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday We are also looking for customer-oriented call center representatives. The call center parts specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service by suggesting selling, qualifying customer needs, assisting with product selection and availability, and closing the sale. The call center parts specialist is a team player who is highly focused on customer service and works to exceed customer expectations. A strong background in auto parts is recommended.
