Join Chef David Stein for this hands-on, participatory cooking class where you'll explore creative ways of using marinades, dry rubs, smoke, fresh herbs, and acids to enhance flavor profiles without ratcheting up the sodium. A $5 deposit reserves your spot. All attendees will receive a $5 gift card to the store on the day of the class. Gift cards will not be issued to those who do not attend and no refunds will be issued for cancelations. David Stein is a well-seasoned (pun intended) chef with decades of experience. He's worked in various capacities from fine-dining to food trucks, hospitals to hotels, farm(s)-to-table, and campsites to candlelight. He has an AOS from the Culinary Institute of America and a BS in Culinary Management.
