Looking for establishment to list as commissary for hot dog cart

I would like to first say thank you for taking the time and reading this post.I own and operate a hot dog cart with my fiancé. The name of our business is Rollin Hotz. The reason for this post is because in order to receive our Health Permit, we would have to list an establishment that has a valid Health department certificate as our commissary. We wanted to know if there was a business that would consider allowing us to list you as our commissary. The last location we used is no longer in business, unfortunately. This would be in the event we need to store goods or dispose of used oil/grease water… which we don’t produce and we typically buy what we use for the day. So no storage would be used from your establishment. If at any time we need more then just to have you listed as our commissary, we will be more then happy to negotiate a fee if necessary and come to a mutual agreement that favors all parties.
