Newbie to yoga or striking a pose every day - EVERYONE IS WELCOME! The region's largest and most anticipated yoga event is back! Free to the community - bring yourself, friends, family, and your yoga mat or towel! From newbie to striking a pose every day, all experience levels are welcome. Local yoga instructors will gently guide you through demonstration and one-on-one assistance throughout the session. The event is located at Maury Park in downtown Fredericksburg and opens at 8:30 am on June 4, 2022. The program starts at 9 am and ends around 10:30 am. Yoga in the Park is among Mental Health America of Fredericksburg's (MHAfred) free community events promoting behavioral health and resiliency awareness. Donations are appreciated to support MHAfred's programs, including Suicide Prevention & Support Groups for Teens, Senior Visitors, and HELPLINE.
