Looking to change up your workout routine or get back into a workout routine, and do not know exactly where to start? Look no further! This bootcamp is open to all fitness levels. If you are limited due to injuries, not a problem, let us know your limitations and we will accommodate/ modify the exercises. This is your opportunity to show up for yourself, enjoy a great workout, meet people within the community and ask any health and fitness related questions you may have!
