LTSG and join this fun flow on the rooftop! DJ Thunder Bunny will be back to spin her fresh tunes as we move our bodies and breathe deeply to LTSG (Let That *Something* Go!) Roll out your mat on the spacious rooftop of the Energy Club parking deck in Shirlington Village (Arlington) for an hourlong, all-levels yoga flow set to hip hop music, old and new. Feel free to BYOB and be ready to get silly. As an added bonus, our generous friends at the Energy Club are offering guest passes to all EYD yogis, as well as $0 enrollment fees for new members! Come check out the greatest fitness experience in town! (Erin has been a member of the Energy Club since 2006!) Tickets are $25 and nonrefundable within 5 days of this event.
