looking for space for rent/ trade in services to set up a traditional black and white darkroom...to process black and white film and make traditional b&w enlargements. i have film processing and printing equipment. an air-conditioned/heated 10’ x 10’ room would work...larger even better. access to a water source would be great. a real estate or insurance company or most any business with an extra room would be good. i would like access 24/7…weeknights and weekends are my main free time. i live in texas city and am not too interested in a space outside of texas city/la marque area. aside from my day job, i am former professional photographer (40+years) - mostly in portrait, landscape and architecture. i have and can provide very good personal and professional references...i have a number of friends that are active and some retired from law enforcement. would be interested in providing some photography education. thank you.
