We're excited for Coach Dave (Dave Johnson) with KW SLC to host this event. He will discuss and answer questions regarding the Real Estate Purchase contract (REPC), and A LENDER will present the Closing Disclosure (CD), both part of your state exams. In addition, Heather Swanger, Director of Utah Real Estate School, TSG, will present questions from the 120-hour course to prepare you for the state exams. Breakfast and lunch will be provided & are graciously provided by our host, Coach Dave! We will have a test preparation book available for purchase.
